MBD Kids Plan
(Ages 12 and Under)

1 year for $550 (~$46 per month*)

Two cleaning appointments
Two periodic exams
Two fluoride varnish treatments
Yearly digital intraoral X-rays, as needed**
One emergency exam, including intraoral X-rays
20% off all non-cosmetic treatment
A dive into our toy/prize cart for every appointment

Adults

MBD Adult Plan
(Ages 13 and Up)

1 year for $550 (~$46 per month*)

Two cleaning appointments
Two periodic exams
Two fluoride varnish treatments
Yearly digital intraoral X-rays, as needed**
One emergency exam, including intraoral X-rays
20% off all non-cosmetic dental treatment (fillings, crowns, bridges, additional cleanings, and more)
10% off teeth whitening and veneers
10% off treatment with in-house specialists (oral surgery, root canals)
$300 off Invisalign treatment

1 year for $840 (~$70 per month*)

Three periodontal maintenance appointments
Two periodic exams
2-3 fluoride varnish treatments
Yearly digital intraoral X-rays, as needed**
One emergency exam, including intraoral X-rays
20% off all non-cosmetic dental treatment (scaling and root planing, fillings, crowns, bridges, additional cleanings, and more)
10% off teeth whitening and veneers
10% off treatment with in-house specialists (oral surgery, root canals)
$300 off Invisalign treatment

New Patients

For new adult patients (age 18 and up), we will make a recommendation on which plan would be best suited for you based on your personalized dental needs after you see us for a comprehensive exam and complete new patient records, including X-rays and 3D intraoral scanning.
